Our House Rules

• •Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Early/late options available upon request.
• •Key cards are provided at check-in. A ₹500 fee applies for lost or unreturned cards.
• •Only registered guests with valid photo ID may stay. Children above 6 years are charged per homestay policy; those above 12 are considered adults.
• •Embrace the mountain calm with quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 7 AM to respect fellow guests.
• •Our homestay reserves the right to deny service to guests not adhering to these rules.
• •Please familiarize yourself with our guidelines upon arrival for a harmonious stay.
• •For valuables, please contact our staff to arrange secure storage. We’re not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
• •All areas are non-smoking. A ₹2000 fine applies for violations, per local regulations.
• •Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the homestay. Passwords are provided at check-in.
• •Wear appropriate attire in common areas to maintain our welcoming atmosphere.
• •No explosives, weapons, or hazardous materials are allowed on the premises.
• •Our authentic Kumaoni meal menu is fixed to showcase local flavors. Special dietary requests or out-of-menu dishes can be arranged with at least 12 hours’ notice.
• •Guest pets are not permitted at this time, as our three friendly resident dogs are here to welcome you.
• •Guests are responsible for any damage to homestay property.
• •Hookah, sheesha, or similar items are strictly prohibited.
• •Homestay linens (towels, blankets, pillows) must remain on the premises.
• •Share feedback or report issues to our staff for prompt resolution.
• •Alcohol consumption is not permitted to maintain our serene environment.
• •Respect the natural surroundings—avoid littering and protect local flora and fauna.
• •Help us preserve the Himalayan ecosystem by conserving water and electricity and using reusable items where possible.
